    Ingredients

    1.5kg New Potatoes
    400g Duck Fat
    Salt and Sage

    Method:

    1.       Pre-heat the oven to 200ͦC. Heat the duck fat in a roasting pan         

    2.       Peel the potatoes and boil to par cook for 5 to 10 mins. Drain well.
